ELITE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING-

Elite Strength and Conditioning provides a training program that incorporates all the areas of fitness; such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The workouts are always varied and focus on functional movements such as squats; push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups. The workouts also incorporate exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, Olympic weight lifting, gymnastic movements, and plyometrics. The goal of Elite Strength and Conditioning is to get you in the best shape you can be, while providing better overall health for everyday life. We want you to be able to move more efficiently and always progress in your fitness. It’s an intense but fun and motivational atmosphere where the intensity level is based upon the individual member/athlete. Every workout can be modified so that anyone of any athletic level can participate.
