ELITE X FITNESS


Elite X Fitness provides a training program that incorporates all the areas of fitness such as strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The workouts are always varied and focus on functional movements such as squats, push ups, pull-ups, and sit ups .The workouts also incorporate exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, Olympic weight lifting, gymnastic movements, and plyometrics. The goal of Elite X Fitness is to get the member in the best shape they could be in, while providing better overall health for everyday life. We want the member to be able to move more efficiently and always progress in their fitness. It’s an intense but fun and motivational atmosphere where the intensity level is based upon the individual member/athlete. Every workout can be modified so that anyone of any athletic level can participate.
