MMA-
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, including boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, taekwondo, karate, judo and other styles.
In our MMA classes we will be combining a variety of different conditioning and workout techniques. As you know MMA is a very extensive fitness program, but it guarantees that you will see a huge difference in your strength and body conditioning. This program teaches you to be more focused, improves your self-defense skill which will increases your confidence level for you overall well being.
